Sam Kohn Bio

Sam Kohn is the Founding Partner and Chief Financial Officer of National Equity Funding. With a love of both real estate and automobiles, he purchased and operated a Ford and Lincoln-Mercury dealership. Recognizing a need for custom tailored financing options to meet specific customer needs, he began an in-house finance and leasing company. Being a business leader, Sam's dealership was awarded "Business of the Year" honors. He developed a finance based CRM program which led him to a position with a Fortune 300 company and eventually to real estate finance. Seeking a new challenge, Mr. Kohn founded National Equity Funding, Inc. to provide borrowers with common sense equity based real estate loans. With the belief that you must give something back to the community, Sam was elected President of the local Chamber of Commerce and has served on many non-profit boards for more than 20 years.
